I need some help please

Hi everyone,

I really need some advice to help me. I am at an all time low and just dont know what to do! I have been in debt for a while now through a car loan, bank loan and 4 credit cards, and an overdraft. Its got to the point now where I dont have enough money coming in and last month I had to miss a payment on my car loan. I incurred £152 bank charges for missing a direct debit and going over my overdraft limit. so now i'm in even more trouble!

I am receiving letters and phonecalls now about the missing payments and just dont know what to do. Im too scared to answer the phone and open letters from my bank and creditors. How can I get out of this mess? What makes matters worse is that although most of this trouble has only been recent, I am unable to BT cards as people wont give me a credit card!

Please, somebody help me as the situation is just getting worse everyday. I appreciate all the help that anyone can offer me.

Thank you and sorry if this is posted in the wrong part of the forum.

Hi mate, we've all been there and posting here is a great start.

Firstly we need to see all your income and outgoings, (see the southernscouser sticky about SOAs). You might be able to get out of this mess through careful spending. If we cant help there then there's a few avenues for you to go down, of which we all can help you make the right choice.

Take a look at the southern scouser post and post your SOA.

    Look forward to helping! :)

Welcome aboard Big Mac! You've come to the right place! :D

As others have said post your SOA.

Also register to this site and start reading up about reclaiming those bank charges back! I'm due to get nearly £1,200 in the next few weeks! ;)
