Sorry guys - I've been lazy! I'm feeling better now, even though I'm snowed in and going out of my mind. This is how Jack Torrance must have felt in the Shining...
Anyway, new month, new bills - bills, bills and more bills! God this is depressing. December numbers so far. December has been an expensive month. I'm flying to Slovakia for Christmas to be with my GF family. We booked out tickets at £250 each, later that day the price dropped to £140, we're guttedhumpf, I always get miserable over this time. To make it more depressing my snowboard is lost somewhere and my holiday to Austria is cancelled this December. Bah humbug!

Hi Adam
Glad to see you back
Where the hell is your snowboard? How annoying!

My snowboard is somewhere in customs. Not bothered as cannot use it yet, but want it on my wall LOL.
Just sent £37.81 to Lloyds to bring it to a nice round number
I've been trying to save up some money in my account, so when I'm paid I'm not just putting my wage onto a £0 balance. I managed to plonk my wage onto £400 last month, which means after all bills and debt and flights and everything else I've still got over £1000 in my account. That includes being naughty an buying some new bindings for my snowboard for £130.
Meh, anyway, back to work - working from home today, I'm going nuts!!Adam's diary - My Debt Diary - The Challenge | LBM May 2010 with £23,343.35 | £16,141.46 to go...

Well done on managing to build up that sort of buffer in your account.
Fingers crossed for January!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Well done on the further payment to Lloyds.
I would be so annoyed about the snowboard, even though you can't use it yet - although with all this snow don't you have any hills in Brighton?LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

I got it through my brothers company though Woo so cannot really complain as get trade price on my gear as it is. I've also fallen short of my snowball this month, which is not good. See attached
Blue line is original snowball
Red line is my current actual repayments
Dotted line is what I have to maintain to reach my current snowball
Green line is my unrealistic attempt to be DF by end of next year LOL
As long as I'm between the green and dotted I'll be happy. Either have to play catch-up or pay more this month.Adam's diary - My Debt Diary - The Challenge | LBM May 2010 with £23,343.35 | £16,141.46 to go...
