CSA (old system)

My husband as been contacted by the CSA for is 16yr old child under the old system.
They are wanting my earnings as well. My questions if anyone can help are below:-
1. I recieve csa for my child do they take this as earnings?
2. Will they take into account my daughter (11yrs) living with us?
3. I have been put on short time due to work being slow (have letter to prove this) but my wage slips they want are before this which earnings will they use.
4. Husband as been moved internally is his job and is now on a salary before he earned more because of overtime and paid hourly also is wages slips do not show this yet he is monthly paid.
5. The mother of the child works part time and claims quite alot of benefits but she also as 2 other children to a different guy - do they take this into account when working out the amount that she as 2 other children?
I really hope someone can help I know I have alot of questions.

has he only been conatcted now? from what i can gather u dont need to supply any details as they dont affect the actual maintenance amount
your husband will need payslips, if u r saying his wage is different from what he used to be on, once you have 3 of those wageslips get back in touch with CSA and ask for a review
also i dont think they take into account anything the PWC gets
one tips is to try get off the old system if u can, even ask them when it is transfering over, if this is a fresh case then i believe he should be on the new rules, in my opinion a much fairer system (apart from when phasing applies...lol)0 -

The CSA contacted him originally back around 2000/2001 and he gave them all his details then (we were not together then) and they decided he did not earn enough to pay them back then and he as not herd anything until now, will they back date over 10 years payments do you know? I am now starting to feel bery sick regarding this.0 -

A few misconceptions here. Under CS1 if you have a child together, ie your daughter is his, then he will get half or all the child allowance in his exempt income which is the part where they decide how much he should theoretically pay. If your daughter is not his, then he will not get anything for her here.
However, he will get the allowance for her in his protected income. Your CSA income is ignored totally. You need to tell them of the change in your income as well as provide the required details so that they can do another calculation.
If the PWC gets working tax credits, then her income is not taken into account in the calculation at all.0 -

My daughter is not to my husband, I will attach the letter work have given me regarding my hours cut.
