need some help if poss pls we took a loan 3years ago jun 07 from welcome for £1575.00 we thought that this jun would be are final payment of £77.62 however had closing statment today saying there was 2 months arrears showing the start of 2008 and each month we have been charged anywhere between £39 and £48 a month interest so infact the statment shows we still owe £987.17p
spoke to them i was told they had tried to contact me back in 08 we only had 1 call and i was at the doctors and ask them to call back as they did not i thought it cant be that imporntant. not had a letter from them saying we need to contact them urgent im so angry right now :mad:
also just to add to this the statment is from 20-05-09 till 20-05-10 but never had a statment from them before
help any idea's
