Good Morning,
We need 25k loan to go ahead with a planned extension. Tried the mortgage company and the LTV is 86% and its a no from them. Wife and I have no other debts apart from the mortgage and car loan. Anyone got any ideas of where to start to get the best APR?

Have you checked your credit rating? checked every outgoing penny making sure you have not missed anything including phone bills, credit cards etc0

We haven't checked our rating yet, who do you suggest? The other bills like phone and cable are well within our monthly income and we owe nothing on our credit cards.0 -
