Tax calculation

Morning all, I have recently submitted my tax return for 2009 - 2010, however on printing out my personal calculation it states my personal allowance as £6475.
My tax code is 1100L, this was due to submission of a P87 last year.
Two questions, 1. Is there anywhere on the on-line tax return forms to put in your current tax code? and 2. How do I get my tax code changed back to 647L as I do not claim business mileage anymore and dont want to get lumped with a tax bill next April.

The tax calculation does not take your code number into account, rather it takes into account the allowances which you have entered on the SA. You obviously had some other allowances in the year 2009-10 which you have failed to claim for on the SA.
If you do not wish to claim mileage this tax year, I thyink a simple call to your tax office will sort it.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -
