Glad to see this has become a sticky - and it is really useful to have a list of the acronyms. When you read someone's post, it can be hard to understand if you don't know what the abbreviations mean. Thanks for the thread borders_dude

ETA (another acronym!) - I've just read PILON on another thread, but I've no idea what this means. Can somebody tell me please?

Up to 2 years ago I worked for the CSA - when we started they gave us a list of 240 commonly used acronyms - I wish I had kept it for you! Just incase anyone is wondering the diference between a DEO and a DER the former is to order maintenance direct from wages if you are paid via a UK based payroll, a DER is a request made via the armed forces payroll, as the CSA cannot demand the money from them, however I never had one turned down!

Receiving Parent = Parent With Care
