How can I be in arrears with the CSA

Every year when I get my payment schedule it shows that I have arrears, I would like to know how the CSA work these arrears out as I have the money taken from my wage every week, and work sends them a check every month.
Could work not be paying all the money they deduct?
Is the CSA not putting all payments in to my account?
Can anyone help me with this

    hi there

im in a similar position where im paying via DEO, after getting a breakdown of where my payments are going it shows that the CSA are underpaying one of my ex's, therefore forcing me into more arrears!! I would suggest you get them to send you a detailed breakdown ASAP

Do you know who the arrears are due to as i had it down to the last penny the amount owed to the secretary of state and also how much the pwc was due.I have never understood how the csa calculate things as a lot of it is confusing in my DP files transferring money to one account into another

But i don't have that problem with that anymore and i am using the CSA as a saving plan :)

Hi CSA_Help can you tell me what pwc is and also DP files?
No don't know who the arrears are due to just that they are added on.

PWC - Parent With Care the parent with whom the child principally resides and the person to whom the NRP will pay maintance.

DP files - Data Protection Files

    NRP - Non resident parent
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
