For sezsez - PM problem.

I've tried to PM you with my reply, but I get this:
"sezsez has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her."
My reply:
Point 1. Just typical of the CSA to promise one thing and then go back on their word. I would phone CSA back and demand they put it in writing. Let's see if they do. It is maladminstration pure and simple. Could work in your favour. Tell ICE.
Point 2. Let ICE deal with them. They should be able to sort it out. But it's very optimistic of ICE to say 6 weeks for the CSA to respond. Hang on in there and phone ICE up once a week in about 4 weeks time and twice a week once you hit the 6 weeks mark to check progress.
Hope you understand my responses, but I wanted your concerns to remain private.
