Just a bit of fun with (at?) one of the regular posters who is a regular font of knowledge.
That's the problem when one speaks with such authority on all matters. It can lead to ridicule when it turns out one hadn't got a clue all along!

I don't care how anyone responds to this post or what economist they quote, I can confidently predict that average house prices will be lower this time next year.

This shining example of someone being certain of their own ability to foresee the future should serve as a warning to all..... but more especially those loonies on the extremes of "debate"
