Maternity Leave and End of Contract HELP!!

Hi I would love some advice please, may be a bit long ....
I live in Germany, Dh in forces and I work for a company that does all MOD removals, we also have offices in UK, USA, Cyprus. I started my maternity leave last week after working for the company for nearly 2 yrs. My contract is due to end Sept (the same time our contract is up for renewal with MOD)
At the moment it is looking like it wont get renewed, and a new company will take the contract. What happens to my maternity leave come September when my contract ends? Will I lose it all? The office in the UK will continue as it does commerical moves as well as MOD moves.
