Expires on 30th June.

The idea of mysinglefriend is that you get a friend to write your profile text... you can approve/reject and add comments to their words, but it's always interesting to see what someone else has to say about you, and you can sometimes get things on there that you might feel too modest to write yourself.

This appears to be illegal - you cannot discriminate against people on the grounds of sexual orientation, and they are discriminating against heterosexuals.

It doesn't bother me personally, but I would not be surprised if someone challenged it.

I also thought it might be illegal but then thought perhaps not, because I suppose it's taking its cue from dating sites (which I won't name as I don't think they're fair on men such as myself either) which offer free membership to females. Then we have bars or clubs that admit ladies free before a certain time or all the time or give free drinks to ladies.

Not been much fun being a straight, single man these past few decades!

edit: ah, I see what you mean, sexual orientation not gender, understood!
