Supporting statement for school admin job

I'm just completing the application form, the deadline is today so I need to finish this soon.

I am working my way through the person specification requirements, but struggling with a few of them and wondered if anyone can give me an idea.

These are under the essential qulities

Sense of humour

Shows sound judgement

People and child orientated

A person of integrity

Confident in a school setting

I've never filled in one of these before and have looked at previous threads on MSE but need a bit more help on these, thanks.

Without knowing you, its hard to be helpful. You need to think about situations when you have needed your sense of humour, integrity, etc.

Try to think of examples detailing when you have shown these qualities, particularly in relation to employment.
