CSA cannot contact ex - help!

    Update:

    Well, I managed to force a telephone number out of my ex husband for his current employer, to use as an emergency contact for the children's school.

    I googled the number and found the company it relates to, and it happens to be a firm he used to work for years ago when we were married.

    I phoned the CSA on Friday and informed them.

    The bloke on the phone said that nothing had been done regards the default maintenance decision which was discussed last time I rang them, and that now they have employer details they won't apply one anyway as they will try and seek his details from the employer. I'm confused, as I thought the whole point was to apply them in the absence of NRP's cooperating!

    I guess I just have to sit back and wait now! At least it's a step in the right direction.
