McDonalds, if you go there and they mess up your order, give them a ring and complain about it letting them know whether you went through the Drive Through/Restaurant ect. Explain the problems you had.
They will ask if you would like to go back to the store and exchange your food there and then, SAY NO YOU CANT. This is there easy way out they will ask for your name and address. This is added into a book they keep at checkout.
Next time you go explain your name is in htis book and they will give you the product free whether it is a meal or single burger.
