I wonder if any of you have had this problem?
I have to been transfering Albums to MP3 on my Compac PC and have noticed all CD's made by the WEA/Warner group in the last few years play distorted,so I cannot copy.CD's made in the 90's seem ok.
I dont know if this is related to the DVD burner as I'm sure they used to play ok on my old pc.
I have got round this by playing them in real time on a normal CD player, with an audio in lead and recording via Audicity.
Strange it is only WEA discs that have this problem.
Edit The discs play fine on my lap top.So I can save to file on there, and then transfer to main PC.Guess I will have to put that spare DVD burner onto main PC.
