Inequality at work

Hi,
2 years ago, I took a new role within my company. Whilst my contract wasn't change, it was agreed verbally that I would be allowed to work "flexible" hours. (come in before ten and work the extra hour). This was a practice use with everyone in my team.
However, my new manager has decided to revoke this but just for me! Other team member which have similar circumstances than me (No kids, lives locally) often come in an hour later than me and leave before I do. I am often required to do work which forces me to work 6 days a week, work well over the 48 hours a week time limit.
My work doesn't require for me to be in the office on time and my private life makes it difficult for me to get to the office on time (I also have a second job, working from home). Which is why I took on a job which allowed me flexible working hours. I don't understand why I am being singled out.

Your terms and conditions can't be changed without consultation with you. Have you raised this with your new manager?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
