Refused loan Zoppa

I have recently applied for a £4300 loan from Zoppa but have just heard I have been refused. I have looked at my credit report from Equifax and my credit rating is 797. I have only a small mortgage £30000 and no debts apart from the deposit I paid for my car of £300. The only reason I can think that I may have been refused is that I have recently changed jobs and that my salary may be too low. The seemed to be suggesting that I have debts that I cannot afford to pay which isn't true.

Can anyone give me some advice as what to do next. I don't want to keep applying for loans and being refused. Is is worth me trying to get a bank loan or should I just forget the whole thing for the time being
