How long do you wait?

Not sure if the right place to post this but here goes anyway.
My OH won shortlist comp 19/04/10 he recieved his scooter and jacket etc but was supposed to have won Harry Brown blu-ray dvd but he hasn't recieved that yet. Not sure how long to wait for it before contacting them about it.
Also won some hair brushes from Women's Everything got an email on 16/04/10 but still nothing.
Should I wait a bit more before contacting them?
I do get worried about the post as some important letters never arrive at my address and some days the postie doesnt come down the street where I live.
