One Poll not paying out?

Hi All
About a month ago I reached the £40 target on One Poll. I filled in my details and received the automated response that BACS transfer or PayPal payment would be completed within 10 working days.
A week later I received an email saying that my bank wasn't accepting the payment (no idea how this can be the case - it's my main current account with funds going in and out every day).
I reconfirmed the details, and waited.
A further week later I received another email saying that the payment still wasn't going through. Still not understanding why, but just keen to get the dosh, I gave them my PayPal account details.
That was on the 4th May, and I still haven't been paid into either my bank account or PayPal account. I've sent a couple of emails, but had no response.
Has anyone else had any problems?
Thanks.

I've never had any problems, goes into my bank account without any issues and within the time frame specified. have you tried contacting you bank to see if they can see why they wouldn't accept it?0

Nah, it's Santander. Every enquiry I've ever made with them has been absolutely impossible to see through to a successful conclusion - customer focus/service isn't 'their thing'!
Just wanted reassurance that One Poll are sound really, if they are then I'm sure they'll work it through sooner or later!
Thanks for your reply.0 -
I was with Onepoll and was very impressed that they paid up quite quickly when I requested it (a couple of months ago). Other people on here have also recommended them so I don't think you'll have any problems with them deliberately not paying up, they seem very legit.
As Domino suggested, might be worth checking with the bank to see if they can help.0 -
I havent tried ONEPOLL, however you might want to check with your bank 1st since I am assuming they have a better system--you can make sure that the error is not coming from them.
If not, then focus all your complaints to onepoll.Mr. Mulla0 -
I've had no problems with one poll paying out - just a thought but have you triple checked you typed the sort code and account no correctly - I've come close to mistyping those on my a&l accounts as they sort of run together which I think is the case with most/all Santander accounts now. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Double checked, triple checked... if there's an error it isn't in the information I've provided.
Still no replies to my emails, but am feeling reassured by the responses here. Am sure it will all come good in the end. Thanks all.0 -
I have now been waiting 3 months for Onepoll to pay. I've sent 3 emails and not had one reply.
AFAIC it's been 12 months of wasted time, a total scam :mad:Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

I had my problems resolved in the end when I phoned them. Emails were completely unsuccessful, but a couple of phone calls and the money eventually came through. I think I used the general number from the website: 0117 9066 555, and asked for Oliver.
Good luck.0
