An alternative to P20?

Options
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help.

My husband normally uses P20 suntan lotion, but the only problem is it turns your clothes yellow!
He needs a once a day lotion but in a spray (He has a hairy chest and finds the spray easier than trying to rub cream in!). Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thankyou, in advance.

I don't know if any of the suggestions in this thread are any good.

Failing that, is he letting the P20 'set' for long enough before he puts his clothes on? I know you have to let it dry before you go out in the sun.

I use The Sun Mousse (formerly Bergaderm) which only had to be applied once every 6 hours and because it's mousse, it sinks straight in (and doesn't turn clothes yellow!)

Where do you buy it from? This is the best suncream I have ever bought, but am struggling to find it in any store. Sainsburys did sell it couple of years ago, but sadly, not anymore.

Do you have sensitive skin at all? I have a tendancy to come out in rashes with different products and saw that this seemed to be the main complaint of piz buin once a day which put me off getting it.

I can't get it on the high street anymore so either buy it from eBay or sometimes this shop:

I've just started using the Banana Boat spray only as it was on 2 4 1 in Boots. I'm a redhead and burn VERY easily, but I haven't burnt with this, I've even tanned slightly. It's great as it's clear, you don't rub it in, and it sprays upside down

Sensitive on the face but not the body, I didnt get a rash from either product, you could try the Avene one if you have sensitive skin, dd has light sensitive skin and the Avene spray one in 20 spf dosnt even sting her rash when she has it, it goes on matt too:)

  • Hi, Ultrasun is a once a day sun cream,it is water resistant.I buy mine of QVC,they have a 4 piece set for £36.00 + £4.95 postage, well worth the money,as once opened it can be kept for 3 years! Go onto the QVC website to see the reviews for the product. Have a look in TK maxx I have also bought ultrasun in there.
  • Leave the P20 to evaporate properly for five minutes before getting dressed - never had a problem with it staining clothes myself (and before anyone asks, NO, I am NOT hairy :D)
