Valued Opinions Survey problems

Unable to find original VO thread.

Is anyone else experiencing problems accessing VO surveys? For the past couple of days, when clicking from their survey invitations the page doesn't seem to load.

Had no problems in the past, using IE8.

If surveys are loading, can you please advise which browser you are using?

Thank you

I'm using IE8. When I click the link I always get an error, then I click the refresh button and everything works fine. See if it works for you.

Thanks everyone for your help, have tried refreshing in IE8 and have just installed Firefox. Also tried to do the surveys on my OH's PC (using IE6), but unfortunately the two surveys still refuse to load!

The reason I want to do one especially is because it is the final survey in a drinks diary that VO have been running for the past several months. I think it was for around £15 or £25 for completing it.

Other surveys appear to load with no problems.

Will email VO and see whether they have any suggestions.

    Thanks everyone, much appreciated.

I was having problems accessing some too. Sometimes it would tell me I'd already done it when I hadn't! Got a generic response back saying they were having issues with people giving 'malicious responses' and therefore some surveys were down and basically tough luck if you can't access them!

VO have been annoying me a lot lately. I get more than 50% into surveys sometimes before they go 'you don't qualify', such a waste of time and makes me so mad

For what its worth Libra I use Chrome and find it by far the best browser.

I was doing that same drinks survey and they sent me the link for the final survey to do which I did on Chrome without any problems. And, its for £30 too and they asked at the end of the survey whether I would like to take part next year too and I of course said yes :)

    Update

I wondered whether there was some problem with my account and phoned VO today. The assistant was very helpful but couldn't see any problems, suggested I contact my ISP. He said he would advise the 'diary' people that he would inform them that I couldn't access the final survey.

Shortly after I received an email from VO giving me another link to try. This one worked and I completed the diary, could also complete another survey afterwards. It looks like the problem has been successfully resolved.

VO were very pleasant and helpful.

    Thanks everyone
