Well....
I'd first ask what you want from an exercise bike.

I'm looking at it from an (ex)-cyclist/gym user point of view. It would seem you get what you pay for. Its a very basic bike, no frills and I think you'd need to be quite light (in weight) to use it whatever it says- it looks like it could topple over! However I have not tried this, this is just from what I can see in the picture.
I'd say if at all, see if you can test it. It may be fine but I have tried so many gym machines and there are quite a few that just don't cut it, they are either too feeble or they just don't move me in a way that I can get any real exercise from. If I were ever to buy an exercise machine I'd want to ensure I used it atleast twice a week and was able to make the workout harder (add weight or speed). I'd need to check to see if I were able to do this on the machine, its just not possible to do from the picture.

Do you have any requirements? do you have any plans for how often to use it per week? and do you have a budget? I'd be more inclined to say get a real bike as the workout is better but can see theres a massive price difference (even if it is for a reason!), however it does have good reviews so maybe it works for the purpose people have bought it for.
