Im my job we work on commision as do most sales jobs.
Now to cut a long story short my pay has been wrong for the last 2 month,
Both times no fault of my own, But added up it come to a missing total of £700.
now I have emailed the company 12 times including both mangers head office and pay roll, BUT NO ONE HAS REPLYED to any of them
my managers keep passing on my emails to the relevent dept but still no reply.
do I just except this money is gone?:(
If my company wont reply who do I speak to and its a bloody big company,
about 500,000 staff i belive.

You can go to the head of finance and get thier emial address, then send them a letter before action, giving them 28 days to pay otherwise you will commence legal proceedings to get it back via the courts ( small claims) ?? I bet they pay out
If it gets to court and awarded in your favour, you get 8% court interest rate! ( I think anyhow)
Or youcould carry on plugging away and hoping for the best! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
