meringue mix uses?

Evenin' All

I've just made a scrummy baked alaska but I've got some meringue mix left (the egg whites & sugar)

What can I do with it? I've just made it so its still all frothy/whippy IYSWIM

    Bake small meringues and sandwich them together with jam or chocolate spread and a bit of cream iif you have it. I think they will keep for a few days in an airtight container.
