how long should I leave it?

I received a letter from customer compliance on the 6 May, which stated that we would be receiving £110 for maladministration and that the money would be paid into our bank account with 7 days.
The money has not reached our account, should I chase this payment up or wait abit longer.?
The only contact number I have is the main CSA number and been told just to ask for this person and I would be transfered however, I have needed to speak to this person and have tried on 2 occassions to get put through, but I am told that they cannot put me through as they have no number to put me through, I have explained that I was told to phone the normal number and to ask for this person and my call would be transfered, I still was not put through, on the second attempt I was told there was no internal nmber and that they would try the BT number they had and was put on hold, then I was cut off. I re-dialled to speak to someone else who told me they could not put me through. Does anyone have the number for me to contact customer compliance?

why don't you send an email to the office that the customer compliance team are, anytime ive done this and mentioned any names of folk that have been dealing with my case i always get a call within a few days0
