Glasgow Warehouse Shopping

I am an expert at blagging my way into trade shopping warehouses and have even managed to get a membership card or two along the way.

Heading to Glasgow this week on Friday/Saturday. I am looking for an warehouses that I can go shopping in on Saturday to start getting myself sorted out for Christmas - nice gifts nice and cheap!

Any help would be gratefully received. Warehouses that stock craft and cardmaking goods would be excellent aswell.

Cheers!:D

It was messy, unable to find things, and the stuff I needed seemed to have been scaled down or done away with.

I'm sure you can get day passes for Makro...
Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives
  • Makro only give out day passes to people in selected emloyment so I found out but then they decided to actullay give Makro cards for people in my area of employment. Unfortunately it is not that great for Christmas gifts etc that I am looking for - hoping for things at rock bottom trade prices and even those on Makro Mail do not generally meet this! Thanks for the suggestion tho!

  • PS - I did find some of the places you all mentioned above - will be heading up for a days 'blagging' in the near future as I didn't get time to try this time as I was dragged round the shops by my sister instead! Cheers to you all!

That brings back memories - I used to go a couple of times a year when I lived in Ayr - always thought I got bargains and then every time nearly had a heart attack when cashier told me how much it was!!!:p
