Deeds of Trust

Options
Me and my partner are in disgreement. We have two properties that we have letI own 50% of both properties outright, but when my prtner got a business loan for the other 50% I didn't want anything to do with it at the time. One property has recently become empty. My partners parents business are not doing very well and need cash quick... otherwise they will have nothing.

So he decided we should sell one of the properties. But, as nothing has happened regarding that he has contacted one of those buy them quick companies... He hasn't even shopped around on these companies. Just goneto the first one, pushed on by his parents who are really putting the pressure on. We owe them some money, so....

I want to stop it. I have made it very clear. Do I have any rights?

As it has been put into Deeds of Trust the property, we partner as the trustee. This was because I didn't want to become part of the bank loan and to protect the banks interests....
