Can I just ask who I list as my creditor... Is it the company the original debt is with or the agency that is chasing the debt?

Hello KK just checked a previous thread and you should put down the latest DCA, and if you can and there is room, also put down who the original debt was with. lol x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

i listed all original creditors and attached letters and lovely statements from all the dcas which were hounding the same debt.
even after all that still had a few letters but only 2 or 3 so i think it may of helped.0
