Can i Apply For Crisis Loan?

I've been signing on JSA for last few months,however i've not been paid anything due to them losing my claims paperwork! i work a few hours a week,that just covers my rent,can i appy for a crisis loan?
what do i need to say or bring to the job centre? i sign on,and then are sent on my way? no one is willing to help me!

You can apply for a Crisis Loan, you dont do into a Jobcentre anymore to make a claim, you ring up instead

If you have some money then chances are they won't be able to help you, though they may consider it if you have receipts or a rent book.
Equally they may get in contact with JSA and get them to pay a intrim payment until they have assessed you claimThe World come on.....0
