Is anyone else having a problem entering card details in the payment section?

I placed an order yesterday using the same card and that went through ok and was accepted but tonight it is refusing to accept my payment card saying it's invalid

I did have a problem with my original order and had to phone them cos I'd placed two orders using the 12.95 discount and free P&P so one had to be cancelled, but this time I'm using the £10 off voucher so it's a different code. Do you think they've banned me from ordering? :mad:

I have been trying to order something for my mum at her address using the 2 codes but I think they may have cottoned on now? As it won't let me :rolleyes: , oh well good while it lasted?

I've just phoned LX-Direct to query why my debit card was coming up invalid so she offered to take the order over the phone instead. The codes are still valid but there is a £25 min shop to qualify. My order was only £19.99 so I'm calling back when I've added another item :rolleyes:

just had a letter through the post saying my card was rejected so my order has been cancelled.........why didnt they just email me? and - didnt know it was littlewoods............

Hmmmmm just called back with another order and now they're telling me the code ZG8479 expired in Jan 04 :mad: I've just cancelled the lot as it's all becoming a bit of a hassle

I think they're using that as an excuse so they don't have to honour the codes. My card was rejected as invalid when I tried to order online, hence me calling them to try put the order through :mad:


Forgot to mention that the £12.95 discount also only applies to orders over £30 now too, according to the woman on the phone and only one code can be used on your account, despite being different offer codes. :mad:

I also received a letter from them saying my card was rejected... but I just placed the same order again and surprise surprise it turned up yesterday, no problem. And they did give me the £12.95 discount even though my order only came to £15.

although I did only use one of the codes, not the one for p&p...

I've ordered before and used this code and got delivery yesturday with no problems

Another code which may be of use to some with large purchases is XX301 which is nothing to pay until January 2006.
