How to apply sun tan lotion to your back

Now, there isn't anyone to do it for me. So how can I? I have tried spays, even clear ones, they don't really spray upside down (no matter what the advert says) and I have a suspicion that my bathroom floor won't suffer the same redness my back has since yesterday.

So how does anyone else do it? perhapos there is a gap in the market, san tan lotion back applicators!

I will nip to town tomorrow, I have loads of boots points so I will use them. I am too scared to go in the sun today, My back isn't too red, but its red enough for me to worry about the damage that I can't see - even though I tried!
