Help - what has happened to my CDWOW voucher?

I recently saved up enough Pigsback points to enable me to receive a 20 pound CDWOW voucher.

I tried buying a DVD boxset on CDWOW and entered the voucher which worked perfectly. When I went to pay I noticed that the deliver address was wrong so I went to change it.

When I went back to my basket the dvd had dissapeared!!

I tried adding the same item and tried entering the voucher but it did not work!! It said that the voucher was in use -!!!!!!???

What can I do about this??

have heard of this happening before!
Contact cdwow or pigsback maybe???

sorry im not much help...other than doing that, not sure what else you can do!

Hi there.
Wait 24 hours and re-use the voucher.
It's happened to me before and the system takes a day to realise you didn't actually use your voucher but tommorow it should be fine.
Calm, it's not gone for good.
