Anyone ever used one?
I've seen the ad for the Lanacane one on tv.
I'm on the large side
and sometimes my legs can chafe especially in hot weather. I'm off on hols abroad this week so wondered whether this would be a good purchase.

dd rides a lot and uses the Lanacane talc, its expensive (about 7 or 8 pounds in Boots) but has been a godsend we also had the cream but that seemed to be less effective, have a good holiday:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

My mum uses the gel and she says it's really good. You can also put some antiperspirant on your legs where they rub together, which stops them sweating in the first place. The cream ones are good for this.0

Personally I've solved this problems by wearing trousers, much less hassle.
But when I occasionally wear skirts I use these, they work for me:

Hope this helps.0 -

Yes that would not look too glamorous...0 -
I'm small but I sweat a lot in that area and I find Lanacane cream is excellent. It's quite expensive but a little goes a long way.
I've never tried Lanacane talc but ordinary talc just didn't work for me.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0 -
ive got the cream, and it works well for me too
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
I have the cream too- I used to use it after I had *ahem* shaved and then did a spinning class (chaving is not the word!: VERY hard saddles and very fast moving class) If it can help with that, it can help with anything! Even helped to use when I had a new pair of trainers I needed to break in.0

Just to update...I bought the Lanacane one. And to be honest I'm not that impressed. I put it on just before I left hotel, and walked the 3 blocks to the beach and I could feel my legs rubbing
on slightly but I would have though it would have been better than that.
It did however work on my feet to prevent my new shoes rubbing so I guess it has one use.

You have probably already tried this but thought I'd suggest it: Talcom powder. Apply and leave to settle then apply a second coating. Just be sure to wear underware as there are some links with talcom powder interfering with things that it shouldn't IYSWIM!0
