not directly for the debt. but if you disobey the court for something like attending to be examined, then that is contempt and technically you can for that. so so rare as to be nonexistant though

... but I've already attended Court with all my CCCS documents confirming outgoings and list of creditors and the judge issued a judgement forthwith (I don't own a property/assets)

So the advice is do not answer the door to anyone even if they are attemting to deliver court papers?

Ahhh an interesting read, thanks for this. So it sounds like they think I may have assets and/or don't believe my DMP statements/list of creditors. They're going to be very disappointed!

looks like it. if that is what they are up to. hard to tell until you see what is in the order

i'm not sure it's a great plan to try to avoid service of the order. if you don't answer the door, i think they may be able to just put it through the letterbox and swear an affidavit that they tried ther best to serve it personally.

this seems to tally with the other link, and is the official court rules to follow.

    http://www.justice.gov.uk/civil/procrules_fin/contents/parts/part71.htm#IDAQCLTB

    Order to obtain informationm/attend court
An order under this rule will contain a notice in the following terms –

“You must obey this order. If you do not, you may be sent to prison for contempt of court.”

Its not unusual for debt collection companies to pull off stunts like this & even pretend to be courts themselves.
You need to check with the original court in question to see if it was sent by them or not.
If it wasnt, then report whoever did send it to every authority you can think of.
They may have even committed contempt of court?
Do not pay DCA's a single penny ever! :)
