Need a little help with a win

DS2 won some footy boots with MOTD mag, it has been four weeks since we got the letter and still no boots, can someone who has won them in the past tell me if it takes this long normally?

Whenever I win with MOTD the prize letter usually turns up with the prize... I got some boots and the MOTD Congrats letter was in the same package.

They sent me the wrong size boots and I just googled MOTD and belive the lady that I spoke to was called Rachel.

I've been waiting over a month for my prize to be swapped and still chasing it up now.

Saying that from the winning letter they were here within a couple of weeks. HTH

Hope you get your prize soon. I would definately give them a ring again or even try phoning Kitbag to see if an order has been dispatched to your address, as this is usually where their stuff comes from. When ds won an England kit his came within a week of the call. The kit was too big so I sent it back to kitbag and wrote sizes needed on the invoice.
