Hello , need some info. My brother and fiance have applied for a Mortgage but have been knocked back due to a credit card approx 6 yrs ago . One payment was missed on the Clydesdale Bank credit card . They have asked clydesdale for info which they are unable to provide .
No details are on credit files , any advice ??

Your post doesn't make sense. If there is no information on the credit file then how do the mortgage lender know about the Clydesdale Bank card or any issues with it?0
