    Hi,
It might help to know that my partner & i went Br last November, not discharged yet, and have a basic card/debit card account with barclays, no problems at all. I recently started recieving backdated child maintenance, which is from 15 years ago, and the OR said as it's for the kids( who are now at uni) it can be saved in an account for them.. so i went back to barclays and they were brilliant, and opened me up a Golden ISA account for savings, even though i kept talking about being BR!
i was really surprised, but it's great, so maybe one of those might be useful?
