That's a way of saying you don't appreciate my digging into the Wilsons, and the interest I have in them?
a) I don't believe in doing volunteer work for free unless it's loss-leader stuff, or for a genuine non-profit community project.
b) IMO, my time has been more effectively and beneficially employed to society than Fergus and Judith Wilsons time has been. I still get some warm words of thanks for real work I've done in the past. What volunteer work have the Wilsons ever done I wonder? The only hint of anything I've read is supposedly rescuing cats from tenant scum.
They've had enough time on their hands to give interview after interview on how great they are - during the boom - and keeping up appearances afterwards. Please go tell people like them to do volunteer work instead of bigging themselves up so frequently to the nation. But, in person, the Wilsons, married for 41 years, are a surprisingly unassuming, friendly double-act who share much more in common with middle England than with the vulgar rich of Mayfair. Judith Wilson even rescues the cats abandoned by her tenants.0
