Whilst out shopping I treated DH to a surprise - some maps for DH to plan our next off-road driving trip. Might book a day off work for it and he suggested we look for a cheap place to stay overnight.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -

It has been a glorious day here.
My washing has dried on the line, my kids have had a ball playing in the paddling pool. Haven't done much housework, but who really cares, at least we will have clean clothes. OH did the weekly shop so there is food to be had.
Will be going to get the kids their weekly treat from McD's and it will soon be pizza and wine o'clock for me.
Hope everyone has a lovely evening.0 -
Fantastic here - really sunny. Pooky I've just got you as a friend on facebook, glad you told me who you were!! (No idea otherwise)
Having a lovely weekend. Long may it continue.

I'm a bit behind in the washing stakes. I've just got my third load out and put fourth load on to wash. I've partly stripped the bed (everything except the duvet cover - will go in another load tomorrow) so need to remember to remake the bed before tonight!Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Cat's still not home - have popped leaflets through all the doors in the street.....next door's hubby got over the back fence and checked all the undergrowth for us too which was lovely of him. Will just have to play the waiting game and hope he turns up.

Just had some lovely griddled asparagus for tea....yummy yummy yum yums......cheese and biscuits will be featuring later."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Hey pooky, good luck with finding your cat. My dog (although lives at my parents place) is an escape artist as well and I know how frustrating it can be. MMM love asparagus I had Chicken skewers with cabbage and silverbeet with garlic and bacon mixed through it although that was a few hours ago now. lolCar Loan [STRIKE]$4471.47[/STRIKE] $1,254.70, CC1 Approx $4900, CC2 $108.00, HECS (student loan) $26,213 Total Debt - [STRIKE]$35,712.76[/STRIKE] $32,475.70DFD - September 2014Savings: Not smoking pot $397.98 (16/7/10), House Deposit $11,925.24 (16/7/10)Savings Total - [STRIKE]$12,013.06[/STRIKE] 12,323.22NSD Challenge June: 15/15 July: 9/120
