Any advice on Paragon Loan charges

Hi guys
Just received a statement I asked for as I want to remortgage.
Paragon have sent me a statement from when we took out the loan - there is a massive amount of unpaid DD's (they were paid a week late) then loads of charges for £25.00 for each one - also arrears letters charged at £10.00 a go, arrears telephone calls at £20.00 each - some a day apart and solictors cost £30.00.
Can i do anything about these!!?????

You should be able to claim all of these back there is a very good website to help you with it

hi terrible i would get shot of them asap then claim back charges as i think they are the sort that would make your life difficult i suspect if you then wanted to remortgage0
