Hello all,
I'm in the middle of sorting a mortgage with Santander. Credit check came back fine (as expected... as I've never defaulted in my life). However, they have requested 3 months bank statements.
I've just looked over them and realised I dipped into my overdraft by £215 for a day as Barclaycard took a D/D payment a day before I got paid. Normally they take it just after I'm paid. The overdraft is pre-arranged... £1250, Interest Free as I have a Natwest Student/Graduate account. So no charges were occured and it was well within the arranged limit.
I'm just concerned this may affect my application. Hoping someone could put my mind at rest or offer some advice?
Thanks all
