John Lewis Gift Vouchers at a Discount?

Hello,

So, everyone I know seems to getting married at the moment, and every couple has asked for John Lewis gift vouchers instead of gifts. I have to admit, I would do the same.

However, it has been an expensive summer so far... Has anyone found a way to use any of the various promotional discount codes for gift vouchers? I have tried to do this online, but when purchasing a gift voucher, there is no option for a promotional code.

The £20 off £50 spend code at John Lewis at the moment would really be helpful in purchasing these vouchers...

Anyone? Surely, there has got to be a way to get a discount on these vouchers?

Many thanks in advance!

You're right, I don't think it is either.

But I was just wondering if there was a way around this? Had anyone had success calling John Lewis and using the code over the telephone? Or, with the John Lewis card - what are the rewards like when you purchase items, would buying something like this on their card bring down the price by a few ££? Quidco would bring in a little refund, which is nice.
