Sorry to bump but as it's close to the top at the moment I have a question....there's a tick box that says:

Yet in the Ts & Cs it says

1. You can be contacted for marketing purposes by Samsung or its partners (Football CV, FourFourTwo, Goals, JJB, Swindon Town).

Any thoughts from more experienced compers - do the Ts & Cs override the opt-out? (plus there is no opt-out for third party offers so even ticking the box I might get loads of marketing from the partners?).
