Three weeks ago i wrote to two loan companys which i have a loan from about cancelling my PPI. I wrote that i'd been advised i can do this and to reply within 14 days. I've still not heard anything from wither of them. What should the next step be?

    Do what you should of in the first place and actually telephone them?

    Whilst you can cancel them, some loans require a new loan without PPI to be taken out as the PPI is an integral part of the original loan itself. Someone over the phone will be able to give you all the details/ take you through the process etc
