Hi,
I joined a non-uk based company 4 years ago and part of the contract entitled me to a relocation package and help with relocation when I left the company.
I have been made redundant and the company are saying I am not entitled to help with relocation back to the UK because I signed a subsequent contract that didn't mention this clause.
Is this legal?

Wrong question. You should ask if you still have rights to terminal relocation.... Is this legal?
Technically this is complex, because you need to sort out which country's law applies to your contract and under which law your were made redundant and whether your redundancy was compulsory or voluntary. and whether your subsequent contract voids or supplements your original contract.
