Competition Conditions

VI. The prize is valid for travel in until 30 June 2011. All of our sailings/ breaks/ holidays are subject to availability and other certain busy sailings may be excluded.
VII. This voucher cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash and is not transferable.
VIII. Voucher cannot be exchanged for services or goods onboard ship unless stipulated.
IX. Personal travel insurance is excluded from the prize voucher.
XVII. The winning entry will be drawn at random by an independent judge on 10/07/10 and the winner will be notified by or email within seven days.
XVIII. We will contact you by using the contact details supplied by you when submitting your entry.
XIX. If the winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable a time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
XX. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
XXI. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
XXII. If the voucher is redeemed for a booking of lesser value, no differential refund can be made.
XXIII. Our decision of the prize winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
