Just wondering if anyone is in the know if I would qualify for the above.
My partner has held a Flex Account with them for years, whci is the main criteria of the offer. However, I am with Halifax.
Do you think we will be able to go with Nationwide's deal as she has the Flex Account?
Was reading through their website but still wasnt sure.

You would indeed be eligible for the account however Nationwide 90% credit scoring has drastically changed recently.
Under the old Nationwide eligibility they were willing to lend us subject to scoring etc up to £179k however under the new system again subject to credit scoring etc they were willing to lend us £81k which was pretty shocking for us and a real come down.
With a 90% mortgage you will have to discuss this the branch advisor,
Good Luck!
