Missed Payments = No Mortgage?

Options
Hi..

I just checked my credit rating on Experian and it says that I have 5 missed payments. I don't dispute this but I'd like to know how this will impact on my ability to get a mortgage? Everything else looks pretty healthy.

I'm in a small amount of debt at the moment but it's not too serious, and as a student, I think it's pretty much par for the course. I'm hoping to pay off most of my debt by the end of the year. (£1200 on credit card)

However when I graduate I'd like to be able to get a mortgage with no problems, so will these missed payments really mess me up?

Thanks for reading!
