Hi, can anybody help?
My employer keeps messing up my pay. Some months paying no overtime and others paying me double. On the months where the overtime was paid double I have had to pay tax and NI where I shouldn't be paying either due to the amount I earn.I get the tax refunded but never the NI, I have little response from my employer.Over the last tax year I have paid £48 in NI due to their mistake.
Any advise please??
